Our animals will visit your location twice: once for the program launch and once for the celebration. For the duration of the 12 week session, learners will work their way through a variety of online language arts activities based on the animals they met, with regular virtual animal encounters built in. Level 1: Foundations is our early skills program, geared towards early readers learning to identify letters, sounds, print concepts, and story elements.
Level 2: Exploration targets readers that are beginning to engage with literature and informational text, and focuses on building decoding, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
Level 3: Fluency is created for readers that have basic skills under their belt, but need to fill in gaps, increase fluency, and build self-efficacy and motivation.
Level 4: Mastery is a program for proficient readers who are ready to be pushed to higher level thinking through research and analysis.
