Our Programs
We run a variety of programs for learning, leadership, and leisure. We are also happy to create custom programs for any need, so get in touch if you’d like something specific that you don’t see!
Learning
Our Learning Programs are geared towards preschools, K-12 schools, homeschool groups, afterschool centers, libraries, and summer camps.
Bring learning to life with a one hour visit from some of our animals to your facility or location of choice!
Our 60 minute programs are designed to be developmentally appropriate exploration and learning opportunities based on the Mississippi Early Learning Standards (and easily adaptable to any state’s requirements). We will leave educational materials with you to continue learning with your young scholars after the session.
Discounts are available for multiple sessions in the same day, and multiple visits in a series!
Topics to choose from:
Book Buddies: Read a story together that features characters similar to the live animals we bring, and participate in developmentally appropriate follow-up activities on rhyming and letter recognition.
Monster Missions: Complete a fun math-minded mission relating to the animals we bring that incorporates skills with counting, comparing amounts, identifying shapes, and sorting by patterns.
Living Labs: Participate in a scientific investigation on animal body parts and how they help them survive in their habitats.

Students learn phonics, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills through animal interactions. This high-engagement program is geared towards emergent, struggling, and proficient readers of all ages, and are great for schools, libraries, homeschool groups, afterschool programs, and more!
Our animals will visit your location twice: once for the program launch and once for the celebration. For the duration of the 12 week session, learners will work their way through a variety of online language arts activities based on the animals they met, with regular virtual animal encounters built in. Level 2: Exploration targets readers that are beginning to engage with literature and informational text, and focuses on building decoding, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
Level 3: Fluency is created for readers that have basic skills under their belt, but need to fill in gaps, increase fluency, and build self-efficacy and motivation.
Level 4: Mastery is a program for proficient readers who are ready to be pushed to higher level thinking through research and analysis.

Students learn number sense, computation, and problem solving skills through mission-based animal career scenarios that build their skills and confidence in tackling the world of math.
Level 1: Number Sense is an introduction to math concepts such as counting, number correspondence, shape recognition, and measurement.
Level 2: Addition & Subtraction puts early computation skills into concrete scenarios for students to understand and solve in a variety of ways.
Level 3: Multiplication & Division takes contextual problem solving skills to the next level.
Level 4: Application takes mathematicians through more rigorous tasks that require them to apply higher level concepts.

Living Labs is a program that can be either virtual or hands-on, and teaches life and physical science concepts through animal observation and interaction. All programs can be adjusted to any level of learner, and consist of the following topics:
Adaptations (body parts, traits, movement)
Habitats (geography, climate, biomes, animal needs)
Life Cycles (plant and animal growth stages)
Survival (needs and skills)
Genetics (trait transfers)
Physics (matter in motion)

Leadership
Our Leadership Programs can plug into any existing framework that you run, or be a stand-alone service. They are designed to use hands-on experiences with animals to illustrate the qualities that are needed to be a good leader. This program is suitable for both youth and adults.
The League of Leaders is a program that uses interactions with animals as tangible examples of leadership skills. It can be scheduled as a one-time seminar, or a full 12 week session.
The program can be adapted to different scenarios, but is geared towards youth ages 8-18 who demonstrate leadership qualities but might not have the best command of how to use them for the greater good.
Each session will focus on a different leadership trait, and feature a scenario with live animals designed to demonstrate that trait in action. For the shortened workshop version, several key skills will be combined into one session.

Leisure
We offer a variety of fun ways to get connected to the world of animals! We bring animal guests to celebrate birthdays and special occasions, host animal clubs and meet-ups, and fit in to your life in any way that you can think of!
Invite some pet and exotic animals to your party to liven things up! Suitable for all ages (please include expected ages and counts in the booking form). Additional mileage cost of $1/mile added for locations over 30 miles from Pascagoula, MS 39567.
Packages:
Pet & Exotic Meet & Greet ($250): Have 5 unique animal guests at your party for hands-on encounters and a Q&A session
Pet & Exotic Activity Package ($300): Have 7 unique animal guests at your party with animal themed games and activities, and a free book prize pack to keep!
New Pet Package (Basic: $350): Get a new basic level pet of your choice (frog, jumping spider, hamster, fish school, isopod colony, or similar), and spend your party building out its new enclosure and learning all about its needs and care!
New Pet Package (Deluxe: $450): Get a new deluxe level pet of your choice (common morphs of leopard gecko, crested gecko, bearded dragon, ball python, kingsnake, guinea pig, rabbit, exotic beetle, tarantula, turtle, or similar), and spend your party building out its new enclosure and learning all about its needs and care!
New Pet Package (Premium: $550): Get a new premium level pet of your choice (rare morphs of any of the above animals, or other exotic pet with price to vary as needed), and spend your party building out its new enclosure and learning all about its needs and care!
